  1. There are quite a few filters on Hubdoc, but there isn't one to filter by the user that uploaded the document, we have quite a few employees that upload and process documents in Hubdoc, but they keep having to go through all the documents uploaded by other users to process their documents.

    We would like a filter that allows you to filter by user.

  5. Restore the option to display smaller number of transactions
    The old report allowed 10, 25, 50, 100 but the new report starts at 100.
    You have removed the display of the closing balance on the first page so we are left with having to scroll through 100 lines to get to the bottom of the page so that we can then scroll through to the end of the report to see the closing balance.

  6. Please restore the option to display lower quantities of transactions. The old report allowed for 10, 25, 50, 100 transactions. The new report starts at 100.he balance.
    The report is used to check control account balances at the month end and now you have removed the display of the closing balance on the first page we have no option but to scroll through 100 lines to get to the end of the page to then be able to scroll through to the closing balance which now only appears on the last page

  7. Please restore the display of the closing balance on the first page of this report.
    The report is used each month to check control accounts which may go to many pages.
    The closing balance used to show on the first page which was extremely helpful not you have to scroll to the bottom (and you have removed the option for less transactions to show) and then we have to scroll through to the last page in order to see the balance.
    Please bring back the functionality of the old report before you stop access to it

  8. Can Supplier Bill Activity report be tied to this link (with auto-population of the supplier name in the report) so that I would not need to TYPE suppliers' names in the report every time I need to see the history of the supplier, which I do all the time?

  10. Currently you can click the Inv Ref field in a results list from a search in Find & Recode and it will add a little ^ symbol to indicating it is sorting by that column.

    It's not.

    It's sorting by the date column.

    Same if you click it again and get a \/ symbol.

    Xero said that it's working as designed 🥴

    Fix this madness and either remove the ability to click the column and the suggestion it's sorting (the ^ symbol) or make it work (sort by that column).

  12. Add a TPAR tax form in Xero Practice Manager (XPM) so that we can generate signing pages like we can with a BAS or PSAR. When lodging via a client's Xero file or the ATO portal, we tick a box to say we have a declaration from the client, authorising us to lodge their TPAR, but there seems to be no report we can print to show them what we're going to lodge, nor signing pages that they can sign, so meeting this declaration requirement is proving difficult.

  13. Re the home office workpaper. It seems to calculate soley on a percentage basis yet under DB 18AA, we can claim interest/rent and rates in proportion of business use, as well as $47.85 (for 2022 and future years) per square metre (PSMR) (IRD square meterage rates) as a proxy for general home expenditure. There doesn't seem to be a workaround in the workpaper to opt for the PSMR for the general expenditure claim?   14. Could Xero not make the exports into excel more attractive- they are an embarrassment- the fonts are all mixed, it merges cells making them need formatting and are just not useful at all. The new layout reports just launched by Xero are absolutely awful for export- the old formats were far better and at least looked tidy. This can't be that harder fix?

  15. Hi, sometimes I need to open several assets on the asset register at once, side by side and in separate tabs. In the old style report this is really easy as each asset line has a blue clickable link.

    In the new report the only way I can see to open an individual asset is by clicking on the whole line which then navigates away from the main listing. You then have to navigate back to the listing to open the next one. This makes things slow and tedious and I lose my place.

  17. Please can we have a simple Tax Return Status report that we can run by tax year (or other appropriate filters) that shows all the relevant fields that I can see on personal tax return screen.

    This way we would be able to run a report for a particular tax year and see who we still have to do by way of a control check. This would also be useful on the company tax and accounts side

  18. Payroll Department Coding - to be able to put a department code on all payroll categories and report to show employee name/gross wages/department coding assigned to payroll. The only way in Xero at the moment is through timesheets but this does not allow for all payroll categories to have a department code allocated. And when producing a timesheet report it does not show the $ gross wages for each employee only the hours. Need to include coding on allowances, leave and super.

  20. Can you get the new TB to download with the account code and description in the same column as was possible in the old TB. (see attached)
