Document Packs - Send me a copy of the email
Be able to see the email body of the document pack that was sent or alternatively a copy of the document pack sent to the staff member who sent it to the client so that there is a record of what the email body contained.

Clients - Ability to view if a clients deleted from Practice Manager
Please can you provide a way of detecting when a contact has been deleted in XPM. It's provided on the client list api as IsDeleted for clients, but not for contacts. An IsDeleted prop on the contacts would be very useful. Unless someone knows another way of getting this info?

User Roles - Individual permission to Xero Sign
I'd like the ability to restrict who can see documents in Xero sign within the practice - then we can use it for all documents that need signing, including Staff contracts and other sensitive information that we don't necessarily want the whole team to be able to view.

Xero HQ | Clients - View clients that need to file GST
Bring back Xero HQ Activity tab. It was the only place you can see which of your clients GST Returns still needed to be filed.
You cant even generate a report for this in myIR Intermediary.

Xero Sign | Document Packs - Allow bulk signing when client has multiple documents to sign
Would be great to have an option for clients to bulk sign a document pack e.g. similar to Docusign where multiple pdf's are treated as one document.
At the moment, if there was a document pack with 15 BAS's, the client would have to click into the individual document, click the signature boxes and click to confirm signature. They then have to click into the next document and repeat the same process another 14 times.
Would be good to have a feature/option we can select when sending out the document, so the client can sign the documents in bulk.

NZ Tax - Publish a GST return with alphabetically listed Account names
It would be so much better to be able to publish a GST return with the ability to alphabetically list the Account names so all transactions can be presented grouped by the same account code. Then the client can easily review their audit report and identify transactions in the wrong account code.

Advisor Reports - Seperate field for trading name
A common situation we have with our clients' live Xero files is that the client wants the Legal/Trading name and Display Name as their business name, but we want it as the actual entity name. E.g. we would like to see A & B Smith Family Trust as the entity name in financial statements, but the client wants all their other internal reports/invoices as their trading name, say Adam's Mechanical Services.
We often find ourselves changing the name to what we require, publishing financials and then changing it back to keep the client happy.

I'm a part-time bookkeeper and would find a Calendar or Task List such as Outlook provides very useful for setting up 'Reminders' to carry out certain time critical tasks.

Document Packs - Ability to mark as complete
It'd be great if we could have a "Mark as Complete" option for Document Packs. We've got a bunch of Doc Packs that will forever sit in 'sent' because of various reasons and it would be great to clean them up.
Examples of these situations - when a doc pack is sent to multiple people, and maybe one of them dropped into the office to sign the financials in person - we've now got a partly signed document in a Doc Pack, and a physical signature as well. Graphs for reports
Recommendation is to add graphs as a report on Xero. Clients can see their turnover an example over a few months which can be sent to them direct from Xero !

Xero analytics is one way of getting more of a visual view of an organisations performance, or alternatively you'll find there are a couple of reports like the Income and Expense by Contact reports that enable you to show a chart of your top 10 customers or suppliers.

Would be great to adjust the size of the Signature Box, as some documents have no room for a large text box

Document Packs | Queries - Client access to all queries in Xero
Would be nice for a client to have access to all queries from accountancy practice directly in Xero, instead of following links from emails. Quite often the client does not notice those emails or ignore it. It would be more convenient to log in to Xero, go to outstanding queries and complete those.

Instead of having to add users in three places (HQ, Workpapers & Tax), have the ability to add them once and this then flow through to the additional tools in use at the practice

Being able to see in XERO HQ the STP 2 status of all clients without having to open each file. Would save time and make it easier to manage.

Xero HQ | Ask - Add more greetings placeholders, including given name
It would be good to have more flexible saluations in Ask covering emails, particularly when asking for information for personal tax.Being able to use the given name for someone, for example, (as per most emails that peope send) would be a good start.

User roles | Permission - Give cashbook client access to chart of Accounts
When giving a client access to their Xero file for the client to be able to add codes to the chart you need to give the client advisor access - Maybe the access to the chart of accounts should be added to the cashbook client as a tick box option (like manage users is in the adviser access)
