  1. Clock back the time without re-entering all information

    Many times throughout the day I stopped the clock time in XPM and I start working on another job, then later I might go back and work on the initial work I was working on. It would be fantastic if we can clock back in the initial job without having to enter all the details such as the client, job and task again... it would also save time. The online App Clockify offers this option, you might check it out for reference.. hoping this idea is taking on board sometime

  2. My Timesheet Information View
    Highlight/Bold the Client name for each entry.
    Make a hyperlink for.
    When reviewing timesheets is easier to think in terms of the client than the job name.

  3. Debit card transactions are not needed to be reported on 1099s. When using bank feeds in checking accounts it does not distinguish debit card vs check. I suggest there be a option to identify debit card vs checks so the debit card activity is not automatically added the the 1099 reporting.

  4. Enable the ability to generate a report that includes users for each client organisation that includes users who are not staff members so that you can quickly see if the correct and relevant people are accessing the Xero file and know if you need to remove users who shouldn't be there.

  5. Would be great to create a report in XPM that shows client bank details so we can identify clients that are missing bank details and need to be followed up. This would also avoid the issue with tax returns being lodged with no bank details recorded.

  7. It would be great to have a way to setup Tax rate 2 as a default tax on all the tasks so that we don't have to click on every task and select it in the dropdown menu every time we create an invoice. There are 2 taxes that apply to all of our services here in Québec, so Tax 2 is not optional.

  8. I would like to be able to send a bank/xero link to connect the AMEX credit card feeds or other banks that enable linking via internet banking, rather than having to add the client as a user in Xero first to be able to connect bank feeds via a link. This seems to complicate the signing of completed financials and tax returns sent from xero to the client for signature. It asks them to login (when their email is connected with a Xero account just so they could link internet banking) and many clients are finding it frustrating.

  13. You have 4 other online cloud document management systems listed via XPM. We use SharePoint and would request this to be added as a further option to link our programs for efficiency and easy of use.

    We would then like tasks to be setup in jobs, that we can "link" documents in Sharepoint, to tasks/jobs in XPM.

  14. As a dedicated Xero partner, I've been leveraging the capabilities of the XPM Suite in conjunction with Seamlss to manage and streamline my operations. While the current integration offers a range of functionalities, I've observed that the existing API limitations are hindering our efficiency.

    One of the most pressing concerns is the manual transfer of sensitive client data, especially Bank Details. My administrative team often finds themselves in the tedious and risky position of copying and pasting this critical information due to the API constraints. This not only consumes valuable time but also poses potential security risks.

  18. Rename "other name" field to "middle name/s", need another field for casual name (say for example people that go by their middle name) and also put first name or casual name on contact details screen that is shown on front screen, currently showing other name for some reason...

  20. XPM Billing - Ability to bill more than the WIP without WIP write-on.

    If XPM allows carrying credits forward for future use against more work in the future, similar to other traditional practice management software, that would be great. For example, Once we completed the job, we sent out the work with our invoice. If we can carry credits of an hour or two for clients to review the work, discuss and send back the signed copy, lodged & sent assessment etc. This additional time can be offset against the credits that we billed more than the WIP so we…
