XPM Job filters - Add custom fields to Job Manager
Would love to be able to add custom job fields onto the Job Manager dashboard and be able to create filters from them.

Practice Manager - Ability to archive Client Groups
Currently we are only able delete Client Groups in XPM. That means there are 'inactive' groups when the clients move on making it harder to see how many Groups you are actually working with.
It would be great to be able to Archive instead. This would keep the Group Count 'clean' and you can still report on Groups

Practice Manager - Automatically create returns when recurring job is created
The option to have a draft automatically created when a recurring job is generated. Such as for GST and AIM.

XPM - Merge clients
It would be helpful to merge clients in XPM where two accounts have been created (different names) and tax returns filed under each one. For example a client entered under their maiden name and married name who have filed tax returns. In our case a duplicate was accidently created when doing the return and we have no way to now shift the tax return to the correct and active client account in XPM.

Xero Tax(AU) - Edit cover letter
Hopefully there will be an editable field / automatic tick box in the Cover Letter for the Tax Returns where the Trustee for the Trust is a Company (Corporate Trustee) where we can put the name/s of the client in the Salutation and not the Corporate Trustee. Our tax returns would show "Dear Company Name" which sounds / looks wrong instead of "Dear Individual Name"

Practice Manager - Stop costs/disbursements being added to a Closed Job
It would be great if they system would not allow disbursements/ costs to be added to closed jobs.
This can cause a lot of admin work when Xero fees are bulk imported to our clients accounts job but is then closed once the accounts have been completed. We have too ensure the job number is updated on the import each time we close a job as the system will allow bulk uploads. It would be great if an error code showed and did not allow this to occur.23 votes -
Invoices: Manually export invoice to Xero after an export fail
The 'export invoice to Xero' manual option should be available to staff that have approve invoice permissions. When we have a 'Xero export failed' message and staff correct the error, they need to be able to push this across manually to Xero blue without requesting it from an administrator.

Multi-currency - Remove currency
Remove a currecy added in error and never used, which makes reports more complicated than need be (Source AND GBP in every Transaction report, implying we are multicurrency when we never have been)

Practice Manager - Delete multiple jobs
Delete Multiple Jobs. When you want to cancel/delete a job, you have to do this one by one. This is okay but if you have like 30 BAS jobs from x client, it is a pain to delete one by one.

Practice Manager - Update multiple Client Group Details at once
Would be great if we could update fields in one go for multiple entities across a group (similar to how the address field allows you to). For example, the Partner, Manager, Class, etc is generally the same across the group (how we use it), so it would be good if we could update these sections for everyone in the group in one go (even if we need to access one of the entity profiles, and from there it asks if we want to update the other entities as well).

Practice Manager | Add Office 365 (sharepoint) as a document management option
You have 4 other online cloud document management systems listed via XPM. We use SharePoint and would request this to be added as a further option to link our programs for efficiency and easy of use.
We would then like tasks to be setup in jobs, that we can "link" documents in Sharepoint, to tasks/jobs in XPM.

Practice Manager - Managed Fund Distribution Worksheet & Income Averaging
When there is a Managed Fund distribution on the prefill, the distribution is automatically entered into the Managed fund distribution worksheet. If there is no figure, it pulls through a $0.00 which leads to a $0.00 at the primary producer label L. This then automatically triggers the income averaging to which you manually have to OPT out of. Please fix this issue.

XPM - Ability to favourite recurring time entries
It would be efficient to have recurring time entries to be saved as a favorite in XPM instead of having to complete all three segments about Client, Job & Task. Especially for daily recurring Internal Time entries such as Non-Billable Time for Meetings, Personal Breaks or Filing Emails etc.

Practice Manager | Report - Client Search
the function to search for clients needs to be easier (similar to the search function) when you are trying to run reports in XPM. It is tiring to go through 3,000 clients on a list to select the one I want to view as the function to run reports only allows me to type the first initial.

Practice Manager - Keep user signed in when moving between the 'Clients' & 'Jobs' tabs
We are finding staff are regularly being logged out of XPM when they move between the 'Clients' tab & the 'Jobs' tab. When this happens it asks staff to log back in, but we are finding it is taking them to random different areas of XPM instead of back to where they were. i.e Setting up a new organisation page, in the middle of a client file etc. This appears to be a basic functionality issue that needs to be fixed.

Practice Manager - Automatically add a Task to automatic Activity Statement jobs
It would be great it we could have a Task automatically added to the auto-generated job when we have the 'Create Activity Statements on a newly generated job' option checked.

Practice Manager | Job Manager - Bulk assign staff via import
Good day,
Would it be possible to allow us to import the staff assignment via the CSV import file rather than assigning staff afterwards. Same for the template, category and job state.
Regarding the bulk staff assignment function, could we add filters and have the columns sort when you click on the column headings of this section please.
These two short comings is creating a huge delay in annual job creation for routine jobs.
