Xero Sign - Send copy to self
Have the ability to send a copy of the actual message/links sent to a client to our own email when we we send something for e-signing via Xero Sign. Adobe sign has this option.
This would help us because:
1. It is a professional requirement to keep a copy of all correspondence sent to clients.
2. It also would help when they call and have a question about what to do if you could have the exact copy in front of you to step it through with them.
3. When they dispute what was written in the text part of the email (eg we told them to make a payment), we have no copy and can't access or retrieve what was sent.

Apart from sending a copy to yourself (or being able to review what was actually sent), it would be good to be able to send a cc to anyone so they are aware where the return is at.

Please allow us to also add the Job number so the message files under the job in XPM

Also needed for Xero Ask. Ideally it would be attached to the client card in Xero somewhere (my current work around for this is having to copy the cover email text, and then paste it as a 'Note' to the client card (or job card) in XPM. But this can get forgotten and is not a true audit trail.

I have enhanced the engagement letter into my e-sign requests. So not being able to print (proof) such letter is useless. Would be great if xero could take this on board very soon.
