Document Packs - Archive once Completed
It would be great if Document Packs could be archived once completed.

This makes a lot of sense, so that the items can be marked Completed. Otherwise if staff leave or are on holiday, the returned items may not be dealt with.

It would be good if document packs that are complete can be ticked so staff can note that the completed document pack has been dealt with ie financial statements etc downloaded. Then we can see what completed document packs still need to be sorted out on our admin end.

Why does the client receive an email when you cancel a document pack? Crazy, surely you can add a delete option and/or an archived option please.

An additional folder called 'Archived' would make practice administration more streamline, just like within Xero Tax.
Once client document pack has been dealt with it can than be reallocated to the achieved folder.

Deleting them is the only available option and the Client is Emailed, which freaks them out
