Holding Account
Would it be possible for Holding accounts to be set up as 'Bank' rather than 'Current Asset'. A number of my clients use holding accounts for Petty cash, cash drawer, Eftpos, Eway etc. I need to reconcile these accounts monthly and it takes me three tomes as long as it used to do in MYOB. I am reluctant to move any more of my clients to Xero while this is the situation. As it seems counter productive to move to a software that takes more time to reconcile. I know there is a work around with the transaction report exported to Excel, but I have to keep updating this report then exporting again. As it is for a retail client there are a lot of entries involved. Anyway here's hoping.
