Please provide a bare bones package without all the extra fluff a huge portion of your customers do not need.
Please stop raising prices for us one man band tradie type of business. The basic package with unlimited bills and invoices, gst, basic reporting.. That's it, I'd stay forever, rather than looking elsewhere as I am currently.
Some customers may love all your little improvements, and features, but many find it a pain having to learn a new homepage and pay more, for no added value at all!

THIS, THIS, THIS!!! XERO is literally causing our small business so much stress and hassle now, its become a thought to open it up to see what "new" idea is being foisted on us... at a charge :( Just sick of it now.
