Homepage | Profit & Loss - Common date selections (like report)

Why don't I have the same Time period options in the 'Net Profit and Loss' widget as I do on the actual report page?
I want to be able to see CURRENT month, quarter, etc on my home page and not just previous.
Inconvenient to have to click on the report and then change the time period manually every time I want to see how the month is tracking instead of just having the option directly on the homepage.

    Include a MTD option for the P&L display please.
    Last month has gone and YTD is too long a period to focus on.

    CURRENT MONTH required. Why would you remove that. On the old dash and mobile it is one click.

    Now you have to click through and adjust the report.

    Surely most customers want CURRENT MONTH.

    What were dev's thinking?

    Please just let us see the CURRENT month, quarter etc on the widget already... just like it very conveniently already does in the mobile app!
    Why on earth would I want to be constantly seeing old information at a glance instead of current day to day numbers?!?

    I agree. Having a dashboard i see every day, it doesn't make sense to continually see last *** (month, qtr etc) as its not changing. I only need to see those figures once.
    seeing this qtr and month would make much more sense on a dashboard as they are changing on a daily basis

    is it possible to give more options on the P&L widgit. The mobile app allows you to put "this month", "callendar year", last year etc. The current one seems restricted to last month, last year and current year.

    A current month would be very useful to see how the month is tracking

    Agree. Just match the selections offered in the app for a start. Current financial year (not year to date) as a start.

    Can you restore the "Month to Date" or "Current Month" for the Profit / Loss widget. It is available on the mobile app and was on the old layout. Currently we only have the "previous month" as an option for month.

    Having the month available helps keep sales team up to date with targets without having to go through the extra steps of generating the report via the menu.

    I agree, it seems daft not to offer the same time periods in the P&L widget as you do in the full report.

    I agree, would like the option to select what period the P&L widget shows ie/ moth to date or current month vs last month rather than the only option being year to date

    On my Home Screen dashboard, I'd like to see current month profit loss instead of last month. Please add this feature as it captures more live reporting daily
