Navigation - Change position from left to top
Having the side menu on the home page requires an extra click to view items, before even clicking an item which is frustrating. I suggest moving the navigation menu back to the top on all pages so it is always visible and easy to access.

Hi Nicola, just returning to your idea and testing a little more it sounds like you maybe viewing Xero in a very narrow mode - for example as a half screen width. Xero's new navigation is responsive so if the page is narrowed the menu you will move to the left side of the screen, whereas if its widened you'll find the navigation shows at the top of the page.
