Homepage - Add a "Tax Returns in Progress" widget for GST/HST/VAT visibility
Would like the GST/HST Returns In progress section to show on the Homepage instead of the Chart of Accounts Watchlist. My clients could see at a glimpse what is owed for the 2 periods in progress vs the Chart of Accounts Watchlist showing a YTD balance owing.

Hi Anette, thanks for putting this idea forward. A “Tax Returns in Progress” widget on the dashboard could provide a quick way to see the status of GST/HST or VAT returns without needing to open other areas of Xero. Having that overview readily visible would help with keeping track of reporting timelines during busy periods.
I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can capture interest and give our product teams a clearer picture of how useful a dashboard view like this would be for managing tax obligations.
