Unsubscribe doesn't work

I agree. UNSUBSCRIBE DOESN'T WORK!
I can't get off this forum....have been trying for the past month. Clicked Unubscribe to 20 or so emails to no avail. Still getting emails about homepage. Please fix it!!

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention and for your patience while we looked into it.


If you’d like to stop receiving these emails, please follow the steps below to unsubscribe:

  1. Go to Xero Product Ideas (the site where you left your homepage feedback).
  2. Sign in using the same email address you use for Xero.
  3. Click your name in the top-right and choose Settings.
  4. Go to the Activity tab.
  5. Under email notifications, untick any checkboxes for ideas or forums you no longer want emails about.
  6. If a Save button appears, click Save to confirm the change.


After this, you should stop receiving further emails about new comments or updates on those ideas.

    I'm trying to unsubscribe to the 100 email notifications from the home screen page and I can't unsubscribe either, very frustrating, please fix it asap.

    I too cannot get of this forum no matter how many times I click UNSUBSCRIBE...Please fix...!

    I have unsubscribed 4 times and still receiving unwanted emails.

    This should just work after a complaint is made, it shouldn't have to wait for more support from the community for it to be looked at!
