Xero Product Ideas - Trouble unsubscribing
I looked at your Product Ideas page and stupidly liked a couple of ideas. Now I get dozens of emails from Xero saying so-and-so has a new comment. I've unsubscribed over and over and over again TO NO AVAIL.
What kind of web designers are you? It can't be that hard to allow people to unsubscribe from hearing about all the other people who agree that you've cocked up the redesign. Are there actually real people doing the designing and coding at Xero or are you just a bunch of bots now?

Really do appreciate your feedback here, Catherine and I'm sorry to hear the trouble you're having with email notifications.
If you login to Xero Product Ideas and click your initials in the top right of the screen go to Settings & Activity you will see options for notifications on the left side of the page.
Please do respond to my update here if you continue to receive these and I can look into this further for you.
