Better UX
Firstly, for the price point, it would be valuable to have stronger tools for margin analysis on COGS. The underlying data is already in the system, but there’s limited ability to run flexible reports to properly evaluate performance based on how we’ve coded transactions.
Secondly, an inventory function would add significant value. Each order entered effectively represents an inventory movement, yet there’s no simple way to load, adjust, or manage stock levels within the system. This would be particularly helpful for small businesses.
Finally, in the new dashboard, it would be great to have clearer visibility of invoices due by month. Currently, the left-hand panel groups invoices across multiple months (e.g. April and May), which makes it harder to quickly assess what’s coming due in the next period and plan accordingly.

To see if it fits what you need, I'd highly recommend raising a case with our support team, they can walk you through how it works. If you chat with them and find there are still gaps in what you need, please let us know! Regarding your other suggestions, we work best when ideas are submitted one at a time. Because this post covers a few different requests, it makes it hard for us to accurately track community interest and keep everyone updated.
