Recently Paid Invoices Homepage Widget
Add a configurable “Recently Paid Invoices” widget to the new XPM Partner Hub homepage that displays the 10 most recent invoices marked as paid (including client name, amount, payment date, and linked job). This would allow us to immediately see payment activity as soon as we sign in, with the ability to click through to the related job.
Our accounts team often relays which invoices have been paid, and we then have to go searching in Xero and XPM to update job statuses. As we frequently wait for payment before lodging returns, having paid invoices visible on the homepage would significantly speed up our workflow, reduce manual checking, and better align our accounts and lodgement teams.
