XPH | Homepage - Include Job Status in list
The Jobs List on the Old Home Page is a useful tool as it shows the status of Jobs allocated to you with out having to navigate away. This is important when more than one member of staff is allocated to a job. Allows you to know when to review or if a job has been sent for approval without navigating away from the home page.

Can you please make sure we still get to have the tax alerts and the returns graphs. We look at this everyday for tracking purposes

XPH | Homepage time summary widget - Show 7 days
Time summary on home page. It would be great if we could have a seven day view on the main page as not all work is completed within traditional business hours.
I was sure that it showed me seven days last week but I am wondering if this updates if there are weekend entries?

6 votesAppreciate your feedback, Kerry. Currently the time summary widget is based around capacity which is only Mon-Fri. However, our product team are keen to get a better sense of interest around this and will be keeping a watchful eye on the support in this idea.

XPH | Homepage - Team performance & management metrics
It would be AMAZING if we could have some useful management reports, like monthly Team Performance by staff member with KPI data (write offs $, write off %, ROI, Average charge rate, total invoiced, closing WIP) and Practice Performance over the same metrics :)
Also some dashboard widgets that show these metrics personal to the user on their home page.

XPH - Add costs option on homepage
There used to be an 'Enter Costs' button on the homepage of XPM. How do we now easily add costs? We use this function all the time.

XPH | Homepage - Create tasks and recurring tasks to show on your homepage
A function to create tasks and recurring tasks to show on your dashboard, much like Google Tasks. A basic To-Do list that shows recurring tasks that you need to complete every month for each client. This links in with XPM as a CRM system.

Use of Timer for Timesheet Entry
The Timer doesn't allow you to scroll to the bottom to see the next time entry unless you are on the home page.

The new Lodgements widget has the word 'Lodgements' spelled as 'Lodgments'. Please fix.

XPH - Ability to minimise Timesheet Entry from any page
The Timesheet Entry pop up on the right side of the page, Cannot be minimised outside of the Home page screen. So if you toggle to a client or to correct a job and happen to have not closed it, you can't then close it without returning to the main home screen. Despite the Cross in the corner, this appears not to work.
3 votesThanks for the feedback, Francisca - By chance have you raised this with our Xero Support team to take a closer look into as sounds more like a bug if the option is not working, and they have tools to be able to investigate.

Xero HQ - Add 'Last Viewed' column to Client list
In Xero HQ to add "Last Viewed" column option which is currently showing on My Xero screen. This is a column option in My Xero that I use everyday when checking which clients to review. Unfortunately it has never been available as a column option in Xero HQ. If made available I would no longer use the My Xero option in Xero.

Partner Hub - Ability to customise and re-order the Quick Actions menu
Quick actions are great but I would like to be able to re-order these to have the most used at the top etc
