New Workpapers - show which accounts have unresolved "notes" (Client Queries/Review Points)
Xero prematurely closed these two ideas:

https://productideas.xero.com/forums/966648-new-xero-workpapers/suggestions/50599283-workpapers-status-per-account-for-reveiwIn Classic Workpapers - if I have an unresolved Flag (Client Query, Internal Query, Review Point), the flag is red on the account. Once resolved, it is not red.
In New Workpapers - the note is blue... whether resolved or not. I have to scroll down to the bottom and try and work out which accounts resolved notes relate to which accounts above (or hover over, every, single, one, every, single, time)..
It's not hard. If it ain't broke, don't pay BGL to break it.
3 votesHi Sam, appreciate your feedback to my update. Checking back in with our product team we have actually released an update on Monday that solves this 🙂
Red dots will now show on the right side indicating unresolved notes (client queries, internal queries, review points). Here's an example of what this will look like.
Thanks again for continuing to engage with us o improvements here in the forums.

Workpapers - Order of LY and CY
In the workpapers, the LY balance is first, and the CY balance is second (going left to right), but when you run any report in Xero, CY is always first, and LY is second. Also, in the workpaper overview, the CY balance is first, and the LY balance is second.
It should be consistent with CY first and LY second.
4 votesHi team, I'd like to share that our team have shipped some changes to provide consistency in ordering of LY and CY across new Worpapers.
We've changed Workpapers List so now all views show LY then CY, and have also updated the titles to 'Last period balance' and 'Current period balance'.
