New Workpapers - show which accounts have unresolved "notes" (Client Queries/Review Points)
Xero prematurely closed these two ideas:

In Classic Workpapers - if I have an unresolved Flag (Client Query, Internal Query, Review Point), the flag is red on the account. Once resolved, it is not red.
In New Workpapers - the note is blue... whether resolved or not. I have to scroll down to the bottom and try and work out which accounts resolved notes relate to which accounts above (or hover over, every, single, one, every, single, time)..
It's not hard. If it ain't broke, don't pay BGL to break it.
Hi Sam, appreciate your feedback to my update. Checking back in with our product team we have actually released an update on Monday that solves this 🙂
Red dots will now show on the right side indicating unresolved notes (client queries, internal queries, review points). Here's an example of what this will look like.
Thanks again for continuing to engage with us o improvements here in the forums.

The response should be as simple as "We understand what we've delivered needs more work."
As I pointed out - the functionality existed/exists already in Classic Workpapers.
What has been delivered in New Workpapers, with regard to these functions, is a number of backwards steps.

Agree. Currently very frustrating to keep track of outstanding queries. we are recording them elsewhere!
