Ability to combine sales invoice and attachments into one PDF when emailing/printing
Purpose: To ensure all documents are sent to the customer, and make it easy for customer to reference all documents together

I've just had a request from a client's customer (to whom I currently send around 100 invoices every month) to combine invoice and supporting documentation into one pdf.
Currently, I cannot do that without sending the invoice to myself, using a paid service to merge the files, and then forwarding. If I merge invoice and supporting documentation, attach the merged file to the invoice, and then send direct from Xero, it will attach another copy of the invoice as a second attachment anyway. This is a whole bunch of wasted time for a process that could and should be automated.

More and more customers are using automated AP systems to manage their payments.
These automated systems generally allow only 1 pdf per file. Therefore, they either don't pick up the invoice or ignore the work order, which is proof of work completed. This causes many invoice rejections.

Yes please, this would be perticualy handy for quotes. the ability to bundle drawings and other information into the one documant. I have been merging PDF's with invoices and quotes externaly, then emailing them on.

Think about AP processes for customers that use Oracle financials or similar. The attachment gets dropped (same as Xero when processing email bills!) and renders it useless.

This would be fantastic, I have a client on MYOB who I could move over if this is an option in Xero. It would be worth re-training the staff to streamline their processes.

Yes please. This is needed. Seems some paperless aps do not accept multiple documents if attached as extras. Please make it so you can toggle a "Add Attachments to Invoice to make into one document". Otherwise it means we have to print, then scan back in as one document or pay for a whole other app to do this. Not very paperless or streamlined.

This is a requirement for my customers - they will not accept invoices with separate attachments. Please Xero, it looks like this has been a popular request with Xero users for a while now - are you responding to the calls to make this possible within Xero?
