The custom templates seem to have much less functionality than the standard template. Having the organisation's phone number and email address on documents they send out is quite a standard expectation and there should be merge fields to enable the business to add these on their standard template.

We would like to have some additional fields so we can work easier
For example we can add the info of user (eg full name and email) who create the transaction (eg quotation) into the quotation templateso the end user can contact the right person and easier for tracing
also suggest to provide few custom fields for us

Currently you can only add the ContactPhoneNumber into the invoice template. Have an option to add both the contact number and the mobile number. Also have an option to add the additional email addresses to the template.
