Atm, when entering Expenses or Bills you may find some of the automation through Hubdoc ( https://central.xero.com/s/article/Hubdoc-in-Xero ) , emailing bills to your org ( https://central.xero.com/s/article/Email-PDF-bills-into-your-Xero-organisation ) and the ability to enable receipt analysis within Xero expenses ( https://central.xero.com/s/article/Set-up-expenses#Setupyourorganisationsexpenseclaims ) help reduce the need to enter these amounts yourself, too.

Hi Robert, is there somewhere specific that you’re entering data in Xero and finding you need to enter the decimal places for whole dollar amounts?

You should find when entering transactions like Quotes or invoices that you can simply enter the whole dollar figure and then tab or click to the next cell which’ll automatically set the decimal places to .00
