Branding theme - Quotes | Issue quote in business name
If a customer wants a quote issued in a business name, I have to send an invoice because the Quote only uses the "Primary person-First name-Last name" fields, not the "Contact name" field (which can be a business name).
I've had to approve a quote to convert it to an invoice, send the invoice but advise the customer that it's only a quote...

Thanks for reaching out! By default, our standard branding theme pulls information directly from the Contact Name field on your contacts page.To display a business name instead, simply enter the company’s name into that field and then add any specific individuals as primary contacts within that record. If you prefer to show both the business and the individual person, you can use a DOCX template to insert the «ContactFirstName» and «ContactLastName» fields. You also have the flexibility to add a custom prefix, such as Attention: or Addressed to: before the name field.
