Invoices - Add Notes section column to Invoices Awaiting Payment screen
This would be useful for when you speak to a customer to request a payment date for overdue invoices, you could make a note of what they've said. At the moment there is only an option to select a date for when payment may happen.

Thanks for raising this, Rhianydd. A Notes column on the Invoices Awaiting Payment screen could make it easier to keep payment follow-up details visible while working through outstanding invoices.
I’ve updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest. How would you like notes to work in this view, and what information would you want to capture?
