Invoicing - Improve visibility of Voided/Deleted invoices
When an invoice has been voided, Xero should clearly display VOIDED on the invoice itself.
Currently, opening a voided invoice gives very little indication that it has been voided. The user has to expand History and notes to discover this.
Voided invoices are also excluded from the normal All invoices view unless the user opens Search and selects the small Include Deleted & Voided checkbox.
This makes it unnecessarily difficult to understand what has happened, particularly when an external system or integration has created a replacement invoice.
I would like:
A prominent VOIDED status/banner when viewing the invoice.
Voided invoices to be visible in All, or at least a clearly accessible Voided filter/tab.
Where possible, clearer history linking a voided invoice to a replacement/copied invoice.
Voiding should absolutely preserve the audit trail; the problem is that the current UI makes that audit trail unnecessarily difficult to see.

Hi Andrew, just rounding back to your idea here - I wanted to highlight that we have an existing idea for having a separate tab for voided and deleted invoices, that I've added your vote to.
These are purposefully excluded by default to prevent confusion when quickly assessing an orgs invoices, so attention is drawn to those needing attention.
We don't have any plans to change how these are shown at present but we'll get a clearer understanding of interest from your idea here.
