Thanks for bringing this to the community. We understand the request to remove the “Ship To” section from invoices and quotes when a delivery address isn’t relevant to the service being provided.

This is already supported in Xero ( https://central.xero.com/0/article/Add-a-delivery-address-to-an-invoice-NZ-AU ). Go to Sales Settings > Sales Preferences and turn Delivery address off. This removes the delivery address section from newly created invoices.

We’ve updated the status to Existing Functionality and closed the idea for voting.
