Branding Theme - Enable download of existing branding themes in DOCX format
Given that there are only 5 branding templates available, it would be useful if we could create a new DOCX template by downloading one of the existing branding themes and adapting that in Word.
This would avoid the need to manually create something similar to the existing themes by starting from scratch in DOCX, which is overly manual and inefficient.

Thanks for sharing this idea. Being able to download an existing branding theme as a DOCX is something you would like to see in Xero. For now, we'd like to get a sense of the support for this from the community. Feel free to share your idea with colleagues that'd also like to see this so they can add their support too. 🙂

I have seen the advantages clients have experienced by using the new templates, they are definately getting paid faster however, loosing the ability to edit them to include detailed terms and conditions which were on the old template, including other images etc is incredibly frustrating and they have reverted back to the old version. In some instances, the terms and conditions needing to be added to an invoice is over 2 pages long.
I hope this is rushed through with urgency.

Ability to download the new standard default template as a word document so layout and other features could be amended and then upload as custom template
