NZ Payroll - 63 day holiday report
This is required at year end. Annual leave owing at balance date but paid within 63 days after balance date is tax deductible in that balance date year.

Having a specifically named report would be ideal. But in the interim isn't the solution either having a help page that says Run the leave transactions report, enter the required date range such as 1/4/2026 - 2/6/2026, export to excel, total the Amount column for Taken Leave. Alternatively, the quick fix would be for your developers to duplicate your Leave Transaction Report and rebrand it Leave Taken within 63 days, set the default date to the 63 days post the client's balance date.

It would be great to be able to select multiple leave types instead of one or all.

Hi There, curious to know, does Xero provides report 63 days payroll liability report. This is needed to accrue for the liability at the end of each tax year, since IRD allows this accrual to be accounted, with one condition, if the company has paid the staff with in 63 days from the end of each tax year. I know, this report is availabe by the other payroll software. Can this report be extracted from payroll reports.
thanks
