Hi Darren, thanks for clarifying with our support team that your employees submit timesheets. I've updated your idea to reflect this.
If a timesheet employee has been assigned a holiday group, you'll need to edit the Public Holiday earnings line in the draft pay run.

This would be a great idea - we've just started using XeroMe for our staff and they ALL forgot that they didn't work on GOOD FRIDAY and EASTER MONDAY so all time sheets had to be updated manually. If the date of public holidays was pre-loaded into time sheets, that would make the whole process much easier for staff and payroll admin.

We have assigned our employees to the Victoria holiday group.
The public holidays will still always show 0 hours assigned and needs to be manually corrected.
