Pension during Statutory pay periods
I Would like Xero to create a built-in feature whereby Employer pension contributions stay the same even during Statutory Pay Periods e.g. SMP or SSP.
This is common in medical practices where the practice must pay contributions based of the employees salary as opposed to the rate of SSP or SMP.
