AU Payroll - Timesheets, remove 24 hour switch time
Aus Payroll - Timesheets. Several issues arising after switching the new model. Payroll Authorisers should be able to see when an employee has submitted their times for approval. And you should be able to switch back to the new version & not have to wait 24 hours. I had an employee enter their times for approval, however, the timesheet was not approved & when I switched to the old version the timesheet simply disappeared.

Hi Lisa, thanks for sharing this feedback. Payroll timesheets should work as you've described, timesheet approvers should be notified of submitted timesheets, so the best next step is to contact Xero Support so they can investigate what happening on your end.
Just wanting to add, the classic version of timesheets is expected to be removed from Xero in approximately 30 days. Once it is removed, the current 24-hour restriction on switching between versions will also no longer apply.
