Practice - Ability to anonymize Staff login
My firm works with additional bookkeepers, and we do not want to have their business or personal emails displayed in our clients files.
Ideally, they would be behind the scenes and would just show our practice as connected.
Next best would be showing first name or first and last name, but no email address.
We can assign them an email address from our firm for a more professional appearance, but often their certifications follow their own business/personal email addresses.
Appreciate why you'd like to be able to group some users that are logging into client organisations to perform admin under a single login, however from an audit pov would also need to make sure that actions could be traced back to the individual user.
Being upfront this isn't something we have plans for atm.
It would be good to get a wider interest through this idea, so make sure to share this with others colleagues that would find this useful.

I'm not sure about how that works, but this is how QBO currently works. When I add my team through my account I can control their access levels, but my clients do not see individual team members as having access to their account - only my firm. Each user still has their own individual login, it's just obsucred from my clients eyes.
