XPM - Allow bookkeepers to sign up without TPB registeration
The current signup process, while being advertised for bookkeepers actually requires a registration with the TPB as a tax or BAS agent, however pure bookkeepers categorising transactions and doing account reconciliations have no need to lodge BAS' and hence no reason to obtain a BAS agent number.
This oversight prohibits bookkeepers from signing up to the partner program and growing the platform.
A simple "do you intend to make lodgements for your clients - yes/no" button before the "BAS agent number" input field would suffice.

Appreciate you sharing the idea here Hamish. bookkeepers can’t sign up for the Xero partner programme without BAS/TPB registration at the moment. We understand this may not be useful for people who do not want to register for Tax. We'll open this idea up to the community so we can gain some support on it.
