Residential subscription
When I shut down my company, I cancelled my Xero subscription. However I liked being able to track and report on spending, albeit for mostly personal use. After trialling a number of alternatives, I returned to Xero.
AFAIK, there are no good alternatives for people who want to track personal spending. And even though I no longer have a company, I still need to file a tax return and want to claim certain expenses. So what would a residential subscription look like?
- No invoices, quotes, payroll, BAS
- Unlimited bills
- A default Chart of Accounts containing typical household expenses plus income
It would be very simple to implement. There's no new functionality, you would simply enable different existing features. This could open up a whole new market.
