Manual Journals - Approval workflow and permission
Permissions - User Roles to Submit and Approve Journals.
There is currently just an option to "save as draft" or "post" so no approval workflow or audit trail on approvals.
Users should have custom permission to create/submit or approve journals.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand the need for more flexibility around who can create and post manual journals. A dedicated approval workflow could make it easier for teams to delegate journal preparation.
