  1. AU payroll: Display and select project tasks in weekly timesheets

    It would be good to have the ability to add project time entries in the weekly timesheet. Quicker entry times by the user when in weekly format. Currently when doing the timesheet reviews for approval you can not see which task the hours have been attributed to. At minimum it would be good to have a project task column shown on the weekly timesheet view when projects times have been added.

    Hi Todd, thanks for sharing this. To help us understand the request, could you clarify whether this relates to Xero Projects or Xero Payroll timesheets? It is currently possible to link project hours to payroll timesheets, and also possible to add tracking to those timesheets.

    It would also be helpful to understand what you mean by adding project or task tracking to timesheets, and whether you want users to select tasks when entering time. If possible, please share an example of your current workflow and the outcome you would like to achieve.

  2. Report by transaction number for selected period and selected customers or suppliers

    In Sage I can get any sales or purchase report by transaction number, Sage generate each transaction separate number so we can get any report by transaction as well for specific period.

    Hi Siraj, as we haven't heard back from you, it’s a little unclear whether you’re looking for invoice numbers, bill numbers, references, journal numbers, or another type of transaction identifier.

    We’ve updated the status to Feedback while we clarify the requirement before tracking this as a specific product idea. If you can react to this update with a screenshot or an example of the report you’re looking for, that would help us better understand what you need.

  3. Xero Projects - Edit Default Work Week

    Ability to change the default work week for entering and viewing time entries in Projects.

    Purpose: Allows us to easily view employees time in the work week that we use for an outside Payroll.
