Thanks so much for taking the time to share this idea with us 😊 We can absolutely see how an integration between Google Calendar and Xero could make things a bit easier when you're managing work across different tools.

We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can get a better sense of how many customers this would help, and learn more about the different ways people would like to use this kind of integration.

While there aren’t any plans for this in the near future, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the idea and the level of support it gets from the community.

    Would love to have the contact list sync with Google tasks.

    None of the CRM softwares out there have a calendar that works as well as Google Tasks.

    My only problem is that I have to type in the address and contact info for every single job, and there is room for input error here.

    I would love to be able to start making a task in Google Tasks, and be able to type in the customer name and have the info populate automatically.

    It would be helpful to have a calendar or booking scheduler within Xero that allows staff to:

    1. Check a shared calendar to see their appointments or scheduled jobs for the day.
    2. Have these scheduled calendar entries automatically sync to the time tracking list in Xero Projects, making it easier for staff to log time against the relevant tasks or jobs without duplicating data.

    Alternatively, an integration between Outlook Calendar and Xero Projects would be a great solution. This would allow events created in Outlook Calendar to automatically appear in Xero Projects as time entries, streamlining scheduling and time tracking across both platforms. It would also mean that staff only have to login to Xero Projects, rather than check outlook and then login to Xero Projects to enter their time at the end of the day.

    Make an integration with Calendar (Apple, Google etc) to be able to link quotes and invoices so you can keep track of when quotes (events) are on and when invoices are overdue.
