Projects - Allow negative amounts and credit items to be assigned to projects
Allow negative amounts to be assigned in projects instead of creating a credit note for it.

Thanks for taking the time to suggest this. A way to apply credits and negative amounts directly against project costs could make project expense management more straightforward.
