Xero HQ - Provide a function to mark clients as favourites
Can you take the option of making reports favourites by marking them with a star and allow us to do the same with orgs so that a Client Manager can favourite the clients in their portfolio rather than having to search for their clients among the clients of the whole practice?

Thanks for your support on this idea, community. With Xero Partner Hub slowly rolling out to practices over the coming months our product teams are working on many enhancements that will help streamline and efficiently manage your practice.
As part of the new homepage experience we are looking into a widget that will enable quick access to your most frequently used client files. I'll be sure to keep you updated on further news of this here.

I agree, I am forever changing clients in blue xero - it would be nice to be able to pin my most commonly used ones to the menu under "change organisation".

Take a look at My Xero - you can do that there (and create groups).
