XPM - Ability to schedule tasks

An easier way to schedule tasks. A lot of my clients create annual jobs with lots of tasks and want to be able to schedule tasks in the same way you can allocate staff. You hit a button and schedule all the tasks in a list with assignable start and due dates. I have more than 40 clients that I am doing implementation and training and XPM support for, and all of them has asked me for an easier way to do task scheduling.

    You need to get Link reporting. You can edit task dates, allocation etc way faster. It syncs with XPM.

    We have just moved to Ignition Billing and this creates an annual job covered by the agreement. I basically need to be able to allocate Q1 BAS start date and due date etc but right now I have to do every single task 1 by 1. I had hoped that labelling might have helped but you can't even list tasks by chosen task rather than all of them. As I currently have 282 jobs that need to have 4 BAS allocated and scheduled I am slowly but surely losing my mind

    We have certain clients who are set up under a monthly retainer with all included tasks (scope) under the one job. We need a way to allocate and set milestones or due dates for certain staff at the task level of these jobs.
    The current milestones which can be implemented after a job template is in use has limited functionality as you can only set due dates from the start of the "job" not for each task as due. If the "job" is not established all on the same date then the milestone dates will not be accurate across the jobs using these templates either.
    It would also be amazing if there was a status update drop down at the task level ie in progress, ready for review or completed etc

    Would also be helpful to have a clearer calendar view screen without other information cluttering it.

    Bulk update/schedule tasks! We just started with XPM, integrated with Ignition and created our workflow, however we have over 500 tasks that we need to edit dates/schedule and can't do this in bulk.
