XPM - Manage XPM Client notes using API
We currently integrate with a range of practice management software, and have a recurring request from customers using XPM to have us add notes to client records when certain actions are taken.
Currently, adding or updating notes is not possible via the API, however documents can be managed via the API. Client notes are useful as they allow important communications with a client to be logged against that client for future reference.
Hi James, I know it's been some time since you initially raised the idea here. Reviewing this again we have a dedicated forum for API ideas where it is best to share back about these sort of requests and stay updated.
I had a quick look and can see this has been raised here. Please do add your vote and if there are any plans made around expanding the API for this we'll make sure to share an update with you and others interested, there.
