Practice Manager | Clients - Ability to edit individual Date of birth
Currently you cannot edit the DOB in a client record in XPM for individual clients you can only edit if you export the database and re import it. For GDPR reasons it is important that we can delete DOB when a client leaves the practice. Please make this field so it can be deleted if required

Just wanted to round back and confirm that with the release of the new unified client experience out to all partners you'll find this idea has been solved.
When editing a Clients details you'll find you have the ability to both add, edit or blank out to remove a clients date of birth within Xero.
No need to export and import to update this any longer 😊
