Search Functionality for Xero Support Cases
Add a search bar to the Xero Support Cases page that allows users to quickly find previous support requests using keywords. For example, searching "timesheet" would display all support cases containing that word in the case title, description, or support responses. This would make it easier to locate past solutions, reduce duplicate support requests, and save users time when troubleshooting recurring issues.
