Can there be a log of when a signature request has been sent for signing the accounts and corporation tax return?

Thanks for bringing this to the community, Samantha. We understand the main request is to have an audit trail for e-signature requests, rather than relying on individual document statuses or email records to track activity.
I’ve updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest. What information would be most useful to have in a signature request history?

It would be helpful to see when the request was made and whether the client has clicked on the link to sign but not completed the process. Possibly a prompt to resend the request if it hasn't been actioned after a few days. Then details of date signed and filed to Compaies House/HMRC
