Practice tools | Client - Address info missing on new layout
Please bring back the search via address in the client page this was so helpful as it enabled us to find children or partners that may have a different last name and link them to the group.

Since this is a request to restore a previous layout/feature, I’ve moved it to Feedback. While rollback requests don’t use the “Gaining Support” status, our product teams do review them to understand how UI changes affect workflows.
For now, you can still audit shared addresses by exporting your client list to CSV.

Client group - View address column
Please add the address column back when you are viewing a client group. With new change to XPM we now have to go into each entity and make a note of what address they are at.

Client Type - Credit Stop
Add a credit stop checkbox to client type.
When looking at clients with a credit stop Client Type issue a warning.1 voteHi there,
I can definitely see how a "Credit Stop" indicator would provide a great safety net when managing client accounts.
Existing Functionality Currently, Xero doesn’t have a specific checkbox for this. A common workaround used by many is to add "STOP" or "HOLD" to the start of the Contact Name. This ensures a clear warning appears the moment that client is selected for an invoice or quote.
Next Steps I have moved your post to our Feedback section for the product team to review. Fix the Client 'Add to group' function
Last Friday I was working on adding individual clients to Groups with no issue. Today however there appears to be several issues wrong with the process now with the new GUI system.
When I press the 'Add to group' button, it shows a scrollable list of Groups and an option to create a new Group. What has disappeared is the search bar where you could type in part or all of the Group's name in order to filter the scrollable Group list according to your search.
