Practice tools | Client - Address info missing on new layout
Please bring back the search via address in the client page this was so helpful as it enabled us to find children or partners that may have a different last name and link them to the group.
Previous layout was a lot better, disappointed in changes.
Thanks for explaining how you use address search to group family members; that context is very helpful.
Since this is a request to restore a previous layout/feature, I’ve moved it to Feedback. While rollback requests don’t use the “Gaining Support” status, our product teams do review them to understand how UI changes affect workflows.
For now, you can still audit shared addresses by exporting your client list to CSV.

as the Admin Manager for our firm, my team is constantly updating Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Physical/Postal Addresses - when we have Groups that have multiple clients (some 20+) this is hugely time consuming to check each client now, rather than skimming our eyes over the addresses when in the Group view. Address should be a column option reinstated.

Can you please bring back auto search in XPM when adding a clients address as well as the option to update all entities under a group.

Can you please bring back the client Address in Xero Practice Manager client homepage and in search bar, this was such a great feature to find all related to an address when adding new children that may have a different surname or partners. it was also helpful when having to change addresses so you wouldn't miss anyone that might not be in a group.

Client name, Email and phone are there. I want to be able to choose address/postal address as well as other suitable columns
