Contacts - Record group changes in history and notes
It would be very helpful if contact group changes were shown in the history - what change was made, when, and by whom. Currently, they leave no trace.

We can see how having Contact Group changes recorded in History & Notes could make it easier to track updates and understand when contacts have been added to or removed from groups.
