Files - Option to exclude automatically attached third-party documents from Xero Files library
Since the latest updates to Files (which I appreciate is building on AI), Xero Files now contains PDF's of all docs uploaded from Dext for example. Some of my clients have thousands of these docs, they're saved against the data entry and they're filling up files for no reason I can see. Might also cause storage issues down the line doubling up these PDFs. Could we get an switch off option?

Appreciate you sharing this idea. We understand the request to prevent third-party transaction attachments from automatically appearing in Xero Files. An option to manage this behaviour could help reduce duplicate documents and keep the Files library easier to navigate.
