Organisation settings - Separate fields for Legal name and Trading name
Would it be useful to have separate fields for Legal Name and Trading Name? This would separate the Legal Name as registered with ABN and the Trading Name used with Customers?

Hi Pip, appreciate you sharing this here. Just want to clarify that you can already manage these separately in Organisation settings using the Display name and Legal/Trading name fields. The Display name is used within Xero to help identify your organisation, while the Legal/Trading name is what appears on documents such as invoices and reports.
As this functionality is already available, we'll close this idea for voting. If you're looking for a different behaviour, or there's a specific scenario where these fields don't meet your needs, let us know with a little more detail and we'll be happy to take another look.
