Files - Option to retain original files in the file library inbox after attaching to transactions
Have an option to keep a file in the library such as Term & Conditions to add to Quotes or have a default Terms section instead of an empty box.

Hi Shannon, appreciate your sharing here. We can understand why retaining files in the File Library Inbox after they're attached would be useful for some workflows.
I've updated the idea to Gaining Support while we gather more feedback.
