User Role - Lock or restrict permissions for creating new contacts
Ability to lock permissions for creating new contacts. This would mean controls on who could create a contact and therefore stop duplicate and incomplete contacts being raised. As a company that manages and cleans up multiple Xero accounts this is a feature that would keep client Xero accounts tidy and complete.

Thanks for bringing this to the community. Being able to limit contact creation to specific users or roles could make it easier to maintain consistent and accurate contact records.
